which comes from 2 Timothy 2:15, “Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who has not need to be ashamed, rightly handling the word truth.”

The Word of God is learned by introducing biblical concepts at an early age and then using interactive curriculum of  Bible stories, fun activities, and games.  This learning is reinforced by memorizing Scriptures, acts of service, and missions.  A typical evening at AWANA includes;  Counsel Time, where Bible principles and life lessons are presented.  Handbook Time, a time for completing assignments and working on memorizing and reciting scripture verses.  Game Time, games that build strong muscles, burn off energy, and teach proper sportsmanship and conduct.  Our Clubber groups are as follows:

We meet on Wednesdays from September to May in the Family Life Center at ECS 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.

Cubbies  –  3 to 4 years
Sparks  
 –  Kindergarten, 1st & 2nd grade
T&T Adventure
 –  3rd & 4th grade
T&T Challenge 
  –  5th & 6th grade

Emmanuel also participates  in many AWANA regional activities: Sparks-A-Rama, the AWANA Games, and Bible Quizzing.
